I found these people online. They claim to provide motor safety course. I got on the hook looking at their cheap cost. Basically these guys are husband and wife owned small business. They come in a Cargo Trailer and park it in a mall parking area.. (where they provide training! ) Texas DPS made it mandatory to have everyone go through motorcycle safety course for obtaining M class license and ever since a lot of small mom-n-pop shops have grown with in-adequate quality and business practices. Their strategy is to lower the cost of service ( from 180$ to 150$) and then overbook and drop people off.
They overbook their class and then drop people off for petty reasons i.e. 7 mins late to a 6 hour safety course and they deny access. its Raining so if you don't like it then go to h**l. and so on. (this is not for the actual test or anything but just the physical driving secession! ) They are completely un-reasonable and sly. On contacting them, they say you have to re-purchase the program again at full price of 150$. (obviously in their interest) They were also very rude and hung-up as they knew I cannot do anything about it as they ask you to pay in advance FULL and that too over paypal!!! I should have been more cautious. They deal with online paypal so you cannot even call your credit card companies to dispute the purchase! Texas DPS laws has made it very easy for them to get around the system and encash on this. They do not provide good quality service nor do they have good business practices in place. Such a unit should be shut down.
