I finally disputed the charge with PayPal. Then all of a sudden the company said the gold was ready and I could get it immediately....if I dropped the dispute with PayPal. When I checked with PayPal, they said if you close a dispute, you cannot reopen it. I told this to the company and they said that was not true. (Like they know PayPal's policy better then PayPal themselves.)

I kept checking back with the company to see if they would honor the sale and they said if I dropped the dispute they would. I eventually talked to one of the CSR's and asked if they had the gold I needed and if I ordered it would it be ready immediately. They assured me they did. I then said I was closing my dispute and I then wanted them to give me the gold I ordered seeing they said it was ready. I then closed the dispute.

Then, again, they gave me a bunch of excuses why they couldn't deliver the gold: The agent was eating and they would call when he was back from lunch. They never did call. The gold was mysteriously not ready again, but they would work really hard on it. They're a Chinese company and I think they pretend to have a hard time understanding English as an excuse.

Never, ever deal with this company!! They are scam artists.
