| I was surprise to find so many similar complaint existed on line about this company .pages and pages. check out the web yourself. ok ! this is how it seems they pull their trick on me and so many others : Once you order your product ( battery , charger, etc...) they will ship you damaged goods after long delay, ( mine was the phone battery that didnot work and supoose to be a new battery and had a year warranty ) once you ask for refund they try to ignore you. if you presist ,emailing again and again after weeks , they will email you back and say sorry ( A pre written email that looks like emailing everyone cause doesnot respond to yor concern) that you need to ship item ""at your cost", Then they will look into it to give you refund. well Now they know the cost of shipping back the item for you is almost as the cost for product if not more. So who is going to do that !! when you aksed them if they are going to refund the shipping or full refund they will never respond to you or again after time and time say ship it back . by this point they figured out 80%- 90% of people wont never ship it back ,because it doesnot make sense. So right there, they made huge margin on the item. and now If you are one the few who decide to ship back, they will send you another defected one ( which they have done to so many times to people as i read on net... ,just google them,to see that's the case) , So I decided not going with that route to not give them the satisfaction to play me again while they ignore the one year waranty and refund issue in the first place). so you see you will finally will give up. what else can you do. Sure try to call pay pal well by then all is done time has lappsed most likely (( you have only 30 days to file resolution with paypal) and This Company has no phone number, no fax number to contact, no name given on the site. The battery i got , looked different than the item was ordered, and looked like cells were glued with hands. it looked like fake battery as soon as i opened it and looked at it. Save your money. |

I purchased two ”Panasonic” HHR-107 batteries from EMTC. These batteries are NOT actually Panasonic batteries, but nonetheless, I tried them. From the first day, these batteries have only provided a few minutes worth of use. One of them overheated to the point that I had to remove it and reinstall the original battery that came with the phone. At this point, I’m only able to use one of the batteries that I purchased from EMT and it now only lasts for one to two minutes of conversation.

| I purchased (4) phone batteries batteries from EMTC. I was skeptical because the price was low, and I was right. Two of them overheated and have failed. This is after less than two weeks of use. I paid thru PayPal and hopefully will get a refund. |
