Purchase x3 pair of Diesel jeans at the end of November 2011 for a total amount of USD220
Got charged from company called topshopsmart.com.
Received package after 2 weeks. Package was completely in Chinese.
On the declaration form it said shoes for value of USD50 (!) Anyhow, jeans are clearly bad counterfeit version of Diesel jeans (this was confirm from a Diesel representative I contacted and reported the case). Jeans did not even fit and did not look even similar to the original version (see picture) I contacted the company ([email protected]) and received a quick reply in broken English saying the "delivery man" shipped the wrong items (!). I was offered a 20% discount. I had several email exchanges requesting them to take the product back. I was offered an additional discount, total of 30%. They tried to play weird game with their return policy which in this case would not even apply as the product is different from what ordered. After insisting I received the contact where to send the package back:

I had to pay USD56 for shipment back, still dealing with "dieseloutlet.org" to get also these money back, as they are liable for this. I have reported the case to Diesel who is following up. Please contact me if you want additional details, don't let this go, insist and dispute the charge, it is on your right. |

I am a victim, by the same person. I ordered a down jacket from http://www.abercrombieandfitch-canada.net/ They sent me a totally wrong item. I sent them a picture of wrong item I received, and asked to send the correct item right away, then I promised I will send back the wrong item back to China. ( I am in CA, USA) At that point I was not sure if the product was counterfeit or not.
I was told that it cost too much to resend the correct item, and offered 20% discount, and I keep the wrong item. I refused, then they offered 30% discount, and I keep the wrong Jacket. At this point I filed a claim through my bank and got full money back from my bank. I insisted the fake company to give me their mailing address so I can send the wrong item back. Then they replied as:

They asked me I can only use DHL, but I replied that I am sending it back with the least expensive method, since it was their mistake, I would not follow their direction. They the person (the name on email is "Hedi Li") said she will be gone for 15 days, and I can contact her after 15 days if I still have any questions.
I have not sent the item back yet, trying to think if I really have to send it back, knowing it is a counterfeit. Should I report this to Abercrombie and Fitch? or do they even care? |

I have been a similar victim of this Jian Guo Guo scam. Ordered a pair of thanaz jeans 8b9 from www.diesel.outlet.org and they sent me totally different design and lenght . Emailed the company pictures of the wrong jeans to jenny.salemanager8.hotmail and she replied "I am sorry for that, I saw the picture and checked it, Our business is very hot recently, and A large number of Jeans were waiting to be delivered. So
the delivery man sent the Jeans by mistake. I am sorry about that. but can
you keep the Jeans that you received? It is a very hot and fashion style in
this year. in order to express our sincerity and apologies. we will return
you 10% of the Jeans' price as a compensation. in this way you can save a
lot of money and time, thanks for your understanding. so what do you think?" I refused to keep the jeans and they played their game with their weird policy so i asked for refund, after much persuasion they tell me to return to

What has happened to "Omgitwasfake" has happened to me as well. I'm from Germany and I've ordered some sweaters through www.abercrombiedeutschlandde.net. The sweaters that I've received later looked different from the pictures on the website and they also were much too small. I am still in contact with [email protected] who is playing the same weird game with me like with you guys. I definitely will contact Abercrombie and Fitch.
