| This guy scammed my husband and I really good. I was looking for help with my husbands custody battle and fell for this guy hook line and sinker! We are desperate for help and short on money so every penny we spend counts. I was supposed to pay him a $1,000 retainer to a netspend account the "company" has. I should have known from that point that something was weird but I stupidly let it go. I went to pay him and there was a limit on the account, we could only deposit $750, so we did. I was supposed to deposit the rest the next day but thank god it didnt work! That day I went home and did some research... I pulled up a few scam reports from this site as well as an investigation that Kiro 7 did on him. I filed a police report immediately and played dumb to Paul as I waited for instructions on what to do. I am still waiting on that refund for not doing anything. It pisses me off that guys like this are preying on people who need serious legal help. Unfortunately, it looks as if no one wants to go after him for this and we will never see our money again. This was not a normal scam... I contacted HIM, I thought it was legit, but I guess it pays off to do some serious research into things before paying anyone anything. Finding information was hard as the company's name (Parents Again Parental Alienation) is a HUGE topic on the internet so instead of pulling up information on the company, it was pulling up information on the topic. Whatever you do, DO NOT trust this guy. Dont give him your money. Do A LOT of research before hiring anyone as a legal consultant, lawyer, etc. As soon as I started asking to meet this scum in person he had every excuse under the sun to not meet (his mom is sick, hes out of town, etc). When I asked for a refund he gave me the email of Larry (supposedly the owner of the company) who promptly told me HE was going on vacation and would not be back until the end of this week and he'd address the issue again. Im not counting on ever seeing that money again. |

After hours of attempting to help over the phone, (NO CHARGE) desided she needed more help. One of our people spent several hours researching and locating the documents needed for her husbands case. A day or two later she e-mailed saying she changed her mind, and wanted a refund. She was asked for a mailing address where her refund could be sent, which she has yet to supply. Insted she uploads this complaint.
It is my understanding that she was asked if she wanted the documents. She said no.
Now we have to hope she will retract this statement, even after she is refunded.

| These sites make it way to easy for people to file false claims, the people at Custodydisputes.org were very helpful with my case after spending tens of thousands on attorneys. If it were not for them I would not be seeing my children at all. |

My dealings were mostly with Paul at Custodydisputes.org, I am very greatful for their help. After many years and thousands spent on attorneys and getting no where, I contacted the folks at Custodydisputes, by working with them I was able to return to the family home and get main custody of my children, and it only took about 8 months.

| All of these replies came from the same person... I have phone records that prove otherwise anyways... I did not spend HOURS on the phone with anybody. And Larry & Paul have quit responding to emails about a refund. I asked that the refund be sent by paypal as I was not comfortable giving out a mailing address and at least that way it'd be protected in case it was a bad check, etc. Anyone that has any kind of account can use paypal so there is no excuse. |

| I agree strongly. I paid him 1500$ sept 2008 to help me with my case against my ex. He said it would be 3000 for help in court and 1500 for help with mediation. After a day my ex and I decided on mediation and Arnie said he couldn't help with this because he would need the other 1500$. He is completely unprofessional and unreliable. He didn't give me any good advice he told me to read a script in court the judge said you were supposed to reply to what was given to you. I was left standing there stupidly and got my daughter taken away from me till our court date. Needless to say I went through the courts myself with help from the clerks which ended well for me after I did all the paperwork properly and had all my forms filled out myself. I asked for my money back never got it he stated that wasn't not our agreement. He is not to be trusted. He is a waste of money with what you give him you can get a lawyer. |
