Okay how this company does it is that they try to ask you to buy some items. Then of course they explain to you that you can trust them and they want to earn your business. The second step is when you receive the first order from them, you will not have certain items inside the box. When you explain to them the issue they tell you that it's okay on the next order they will make sure that they give you your items that are missing. Basically it's a hook and bate catch for them to entice you to buy again. Third step when you purchase again, they will replace the old items but ironically you will have more items missing. So of course they ask you to purchase again and they will make sure to fix the old problem. Forth step is when you try to purchase maybe your order is a little bit bigger so this time they lie to you and send you one box that does not have but maybe 15% of your product and lie and say that customs has your other box that is missing but they are not able to produce to you a tracking number that proves that they even sent another box. They hope that you will fall for their trick again and they tell you they will refund a portion of the amount that customs lost but they will put it on your next order or send you SOME of the product that was missing. Be very aware of this company and do not purchase from them.

Wow, thanks for the information, I was just about to purchase about 1000 DVDs from them. I'm so glad that I didn't purchase. I hope more people find this information about them.

i do not agree with this person said...i bought from this site before, it was good and i received all! i also have the customs problem when dealing with them, , but the afford half orders together with me..so i give them a neutral comments! Everything has its risk! judged by person!
