Bill Jay owner of WRJ Transport is very non professional, he doesn't know how much his employees will get paid nor does he know their scheduled hours to work. Bill Jay is not capable of training his new employees, all of his friends works for him and he doesn't know how to separate a business and a regular friendship. Bill jay the owner has been late several times due to personal issues and employees smell alcohol on his breathe. He has been through hand full of employees and everyone quits or gets fired due to his behavior of his girlfriend starting drama within the company. Bill Jay told several of his employees that he started his business by screwing other companies and using them to get what he wants. Bill Jay and his girlfriend are always arguing in front of employees and he loses focus on his duties on the job. His personal issues are always affecting how he treats his employees and his girlfriend who is an employee is very immature and disrespectful. The company doesn't have an equal opportunity for employment. Bill has a communication problem his girlfriend wears the pants and he wears the skirt in this business. Bill has bad hygiene and never takes care of his self he's a dirty non professional jerk. He is also a homophobic. I think he has fruity intentions. Niki his girlfriend has more balls than him. I'm starting to think she is a transgender woman, you never know these days. Bill employees always seem they have something stuck in their e rectum. Bill is a over the top '' DRAMA QUEEN'' just like little red riding hood, always got his skirt open to mess someone up.
