I signed a contract with Worldwide Tracers on August 17th, 2010. I spoke with Kirk Rutherford on the phone many times before that, and he seemed like a very nice gentalmen. I also did some research on the company on Youtube and former scam reports. But, I said hey, If this company has been on national T.V., they couldn't possibly be a scam. Well, 9 months later I have personally found out myself.
First, they never notified me of my update as they say they will after a number of days. I had to contact them by email, because after they know your name and phone number, they won't answer their phone nor call you back. So, they sent a email, to me and said I needed to petition the court.
I never got an update. Then, when I finally talked to an associate, they said that was an update. What a scam. It was a chain letter saying they didn't get any further info, so I must petition.
Well, I finally got my Petition letter from my Doctor, and mailed and faxed the original letter First Class, Overnight which cost me 32.00 bucks on April 19, 2011. Thats only 8 months in the case, and they promised to work on it for 2 years. It is now at the end of May and they haven't answered their phone and I have left over 10 messages on their phone. I have called them every hour and the machine always says that they are busy and leave a message , an they will call back. If you are having the same problems with this company, Please listen to me, don't hire this company for anything. Don't waste your time with Kirk and a Petition letter. They won't follow threw.
This is what I did, I called a company called Kinsolving and they solved my case in 11 days. Seriously. I am blowing the whistle on this scaming Company. It took 11 days, what Worldwide Tracers still couldn't do in 9 months, not 2 years. Through Kinsolving I have already Contacted my Birth father, but I still wanted to Petition the court to release all my information. And Kirk Rutherford has not followed threw with his contract.
Don't be fooled by his christain mannerism, and that they found other peoples families. Thats just it..... Thats why they are a scam.... They have solved other caseses. So, they use that as a way to scam and scam all the suckers who give them money up front, and Then they set your papers on a desk and wait for you to send more money for petition advice. And then do nothing. Don't deal with this company no more. I am furious, and mad as h**l at this company.

Its me, Ivan, again, I have read Word wide tracers rebutal and this is what they said on other cases... " We will do exactly what we say we will do. If we have a problem with your search or how we did something with your search, we will talk it out like mature people and make sure that everything is done correctly. We have paid money back before if we felt it was the right thing to do and there is no way to remedy it but to do so. Those situations are rare though. "
And This is what I say... " Never have I said, I want my money BACK. Never... Sorry, I don't work like that. You said you would talk it out like mature people and make sure it is done correctly. Well, thats all I was trying to do for a whole month. Just talk it out like Mature adults. My issue is lack of communication... Period...If I call 10 times in 1 hour and leave a messge and No one calls me back in Weeks. What is a paying Customer supposed to think? In Business, Customers come First. I learned that in Elementry School. I left Messege after Messege after Messege, and you left me no choice but to find else means to get your attention. You deared me to find other help, so I took your advice and did so. I'll still be waiting for my pettition papers, and if I don't get them soon, You'll hear from me again and again and again. |
