So as always google blasts ads for jewlers when you search for ENGAGEMENT RING. World Jewels popped up so I figured id see what good deals they might have. The sight is very well put together, almost to give the impression they are a "High Volume" dealer. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. After I placed my order I selected the Overnight shipping option to get my ring sooner, (who wouldnt right?). It has now been over A MONTH and still no ring. When you call the so called customer service line, you get nothing but stalls and lies. Oh, im sorry Mr. Customer, due to increased volume your order has been delayed. At first I was understanding, then I started asking questions. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. Simple questions like, where is my ring now? When can I expect it? That one they did answer, with LIES. Oh it will ship on friday. Sorry Mr. Customer, it will be there next week. Allen, the so called Owner, will lie to you just as easily. They said the ring is being made and will take more time. So when you order your item, be prepared to wait an undisclosed amount of time, expect zero customer service, just HOPE and PRAY your ring will arrive, then, maybe after a SUBSTANTIAL WAIT you may recieve what your ordered. Like I said, ive still yet to recieve my item some month after ordering. What is this company? They should not be allowed to conduct business this way. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
