I was contacted by Dave Bryan (real name Dave Perotti) by phone regarding the marketing of a product I have for sale. He said a friend of his saw my product on in Texas and wanted to know if I would like to partner my product with his product on the internet, at trade shows and Baseball tournaments. After a few days of discussion regarding his internet company wbcabiz.com a video analysis service and my company a baseball pitching target product, we agreed on a one year contract with a refund clause in 45 days if Dave's company did not produce $1500 in sales. He also said in email and phone conversation that he would reimburse me for the overnight delivery of the $375.00 contract check and the signed contract. After he received the check and made sure it had cleared I never heard from him again. I have tried to call and email Dave Bryan and he never returned any messages. His website with his name is still on the internet and he is still registered as the owner of the domain name wbcabiz.com He took almost $400.00 from me with his lies and internet fraud.
I found out after the fact that Dave Perotti was convicted of scamming over 188 businesses back from 2001 and convicted in 2006. Now he is doing it again, for how long who knows. |

I was recently scammed for $375 by Sean Palmer an associate of Dave Bryan or Dave Perotti and Hannah Perotti with www.baseballvision360.com in Parker, CO. They get you to send a check made out to WBCABIZ for some type of internet sports marketing service. Mine was to send emails from a list that they claimed were collecting when working at baseball camps and baseball tournaments through www.worldbaseballtraining.com website doing business as Sports Vision Marketing.
I have contacted the Rhode Island Police and moving forward to bring charges against this group of fraud experts. 5.18.11
Hope this help others not to get scammed.
