We recently moved in with a family member to a home that doesn't have a ton of closet space. For this reason, I immediately thought of the wonder hangers I have seen advertised on television. I went to the website and proceeded to order twenty of them. The site then have me the offer of purchasing ten more for a low price, only 30 dollars plus processing and handling. I thought that sounded great so clicked on that. I was prompted to enter my billing information and credit card. Immediately I was brought to a confirmation page, saying my order was processed. And the total was 96.97! I didn't know whether to cry or snort with laughter, this was so insane. They charged me for two sets of the twenty hangers plus one set of thirty plus ridiculous processing charges that totaled more than the hangers themselves, and an expedited delivery fee. I was so angry because they never even gave me a chance to review the charges before confirming it. I called my bank to have them place a fraud alert but they noted that the charge hadn't been processed yet. I called the company and they said that they couldn't find my order in their system, although I had already received a confirmation email. I told the guy who I got on the phone that this was fraud and my bank was investigating it, and that I would sue them if they didn't take off the charges. All of a sudden, he miraculously found my order and said it was now canceled. Then he hung up on me. What a riot! This place is clearly a fraud. I investigated the company online and found out that this same thing has happened to thousands of others, and the Better Business Bureau has given them an F rating and won't even accredit them. I have no clue how these charlatans start in business. Apparently I lucked out in that they promptly canceled my order once they wete threatened with being sued. Other people have been told thar they won't get refunded. Start away from this sham of a business!
