I ordered 5 feather clip in extension bundles from this company, who claim to be a wholesale company. They advertised a picture of 5 clip in extensions & the price for the bundle. I ordered 5 bundles. Meanging I should have received 25 clip in extensions. They require you to spend a minimum before accepting your order. I received only 5 clip in extensions. I emailed them to inquire where the rest of my order was. They required me to take a pic of my order. I did so & they circled the 5 clip ins & said that was my order. Offering no other help or explaination. I emailed them again stating that is not what they advertised and to please honor my order. I go to my account on their website and even my account & order history has been deleted. I cant even access it. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a small online company I use among other stay at home moms & they purchased the clip in from me and now I cant deliver to them. Not to mention I under charged my customers, causing me to lose money after I paid out of my pocket & now cant deliever to all who ordered, forcing a refund & bad customer service :((
