Wirefly - Simplexity telecommunications applied illegal unauthorized charge to my crdit card 6 months after completing my order. the charge was made |

On Saturday morning I was shocked to find an unauthorized "suspended transaction" to my debit card on Friday afternoon of $150.00. After calling my bank I found out the name of the company making the charges, Simplexity Communications aka Wirefly. The charge was applied to the card with nothing but a company name - no contact information at all. After researching I found out that Simplexity is the same company as Wirefly with which we did open a Verizon account over 6 months prior. After making several phone calls I was left with a reference number and a phone number. Although there are service reps available, all of them, including supervisors could not tell me what the charges were for or why they were applied, only a number to call on Monday with the suposed only department that can answer questions reguarding the charges allowing them to keep my money tied up for the entire weekend and also creating an overdraft on my account which incurs an additional fee and also prevented me from being able to use my account to pick up neccessary medications that I have to take daily. When this was explained to the 7 or 8 dofferent people I spoke with, none of them seemed to care about the position they had put me in. I have not authorized any additional charges from this company and this is blatantly fraudulant on their part. Avoid this company at all costs. From the sound of it, there service reps are outsourced to another country as the understanding of the situation was not understood by any reps and I was responded to with nothing more than a generic useless statement from almost every rep I spoke with. |

From the sounds of things I thnk I have fallen for the same problem from this Walmart third party provider. I was never told that this Walmart Wireless sale was out sourced to Simplexity. Returning this product has become a nightmare. It's only just begun. When Walmart will not be honest with you from day one and does not disclose who your really dealing with I fully suspect there is a problem. The return mailing only gives an address (no name)??? I was told to put Walmart wireless for the name. Actually after some research it's going back to Simpexity at that address. The deception is amazing. They provided 14 days to return the product from the date of the order. In this case Monday June 4, 2012. Well after they again confirm that your eligable for an up-grade from ATT and actually ship it 4 days later June 7, 2012. Arrived at my home ready to be activated, well with exceptions so it's being returned. Now they do provide a Fed ex return however the product WILL NOT arrive befor the allowed 7 days according to FedEx!!! 2 day shipping and a slow boat back to china for the return. With all their delays it appears that I am being set up for the loss if not returned within the time allowed. I'll likely be charged by all parties an still have no phone as I have sent it back. All walmart Wireless can say is we are very sorry for the inconvinience. Oh and Walmart customer service says that thay are not affiliated with Walmart.com or Walmart Wireless???????????? and they cannot and will not comment on the transaction. BS
Sucks to be me. so do yourself a favor and not let it Suck to be you. Avoid Walmart wireless / Simplexity |
