These companies and individualsdealings are reported in Broker Universe- Mortgage Grapevine and RipOff Report.com.


They charge a site inspection and issue LOI's, and when they receive the site inspection fee, they disappear.


Spread the word, and do not do business with them. Help police our own Industry!
