Oh, we are so glad to hear we aren't the only ones that have had a problem with Willows on France and Jessi. Jessi Joshi (the manager) comes across super nice until you sign your lease. Then, forget getting timely call pick up or call returns! She is horrible. There is a crazy side to her and we couldn't believe it. Supposedly, she just got married and we feel sorry for the person that has to deal with her. ...that will be a short marriage I am sure! I wish the owner of the building would recognize that she is unprofesional and nasty when there is a problem and let her go vs. losing customers. We left already, but good luck to anyone still there. Keep posting so maybe by numbers we will be heard! If you report an issue or express one, they post angry response on the internet calling YOU a liar. Super unprofessional responses and they make you feel unsafe and threatened to express yourself to be heard and get your legal rights taken care of. Please don't support such business practices and such poor customer service---something you won't see until AFTER you have signed the lease.

Ah...you again...well let me respond...I actually lived for 3 years in not just the same complex but the same building as you...something reader may not know is that your not leaving by choice...your being asked to leave...or...being booted to the curb is more like it!!! Of course your mad and want revenge...well I lived in the same building as you did for (K-2) 8851 for 3 years...oh, and they were the best 3 years of my life! I had a great service and a great unit! Not one phone call went unreturned and not one maintenance issue went unanswered! Yet, I hardly had any issues...only issue I ever had was on a Sunday my AC stopped working and first thing on Monday Troy AND Jessi were there to fix it...they also showed me how to clean the filter to prevent it from happening again..it was actually my fault that I had not cleaned the filter cause I didn't know. They showed me how respectfully and it was never a problem...well sorry your getting booted...but it isn't Jessi or the owners fault...maybe it's the fault of the guy you see when you look in the mirror...if anyone needs a reference my name is Patrick and my email is [email protected] Feel free to email me.
