| We were attending the Applebutter Festival, October 10, 2011 in Berkley Springs, West Virginia and ordered 2 signs for our fences from WB Sign Studio, AKA Wildflowers and Bugs, AKA Toothpicks & Brooms. It was not delivered per agreed upon date. Made many phone calls and emails to the owner without success. After internet searching, I found that he had many complaints of fraud on a number of internet sites. I will submitting fraud reports to BBB, Berkley Springs Chamber of Commerce, local police, and craft associations, and of course, my credit card company. If anyone else is interested in filing class action suit/legal action, let me know! It really makes me mad that in the current economy, here is another example of someone taking my money without delivering the product! |

| I have had the same issue. We ordered a house sign from this vendor at the Buffalo Irish Festival Aug 27, 2011. The receipt said to allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. It has now been over 14 weeks. The did answer one of my emails in October stating "they were running a little behind". Since they would only accept American Express, we paid cash. DUMB. I have contacted the Buffalo Irish Festival committee to inform them. I'm hoping that they may be able to apply some pressure. I live 2 1/2 hours from Syracuse. Maybe I will pay them a visit. |

| I, too, purchased a custom sign from George form Wild flowers and Bugs/ House Sign Studios in MILFORD, CT June 2011. I was told it would take 12-14 weeks (sound familiar) to be ready. I did ultimately receive a sign which was Not what was ordered. I was told to return the sign, which I did at my own expense. Now over 2 months later, no sign, no response despite multiple emails. This guy and his wife, "the painter/artist" are thieves. Too bad, trusting people like you and me are getting ripped off by slime like him. |

| I too, am waiting for an order I placed with this same person during the WV Apple Butter Festival. Have you notified anyone from the event planning commitee there? I see many complaints that span years with this person. Anything we can do further? |

| I ordered a sign in January at the Novi, MI Dog Show. He emailed me a couple times prior to cashing my check, and no reply to more recent email. I'm feeling very sick about this. Other than the BBB, what can I go. This was an indulgence for me and I would like some recourse if he doesn't actually follow through. |

| I ordered a sign in late October at the Home & Garden Show in Oaks, PA with a promise to deliver on or around Christmas. It is now March and still no sign. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the Home Show facilitators who have promised to never allow him to be a vendor at their show again. I will make certain he does not vend anywhere if I can. Total scam artist. Continues to string me along. I am furious. |

| I met this guy George from W B Sign Studio at the Chatsworth, NJ Cranberry Festival in October 2011. He said he was a "retired teacher" and does some craft shows in retirement. Well, I ordered a sign for my house at a total cost of $282.22!! I was told to expect to wait 8-12 due to the high demand and his back log of work. After 8 weeks I began emailing and calling to no avail. His phone number was disconnected and all emails ignored. This guy is a scam!! I see dozens of complaints and a long history of ripping off people. I notified the Cranberry Festival officials and learned today I was #17 who got ripped off from this show alone! BEWARE! |

I, unfortunately, encountered his scam this past September while visiting the Guilford, CT Fair. We had just recently moved into a new home and were looking to purchase a beautiful hand-crafted sign for our front door. We came across George Kise, W B Sign Studio (Syracuse, NY), and his display at the Guilford Fair and fell in love with his work and the price was reasonable. Since the price of the sign was going to be $100, we decided we would charge it to a credit card. George had something about his machine being "down" at the time and could only accept cash. Not having that kind of cash on us, we borrowed it from my in-laws. George assured us that the sign would be done in 8-12 weeks as the attached receipt confirmed.
I sent a series of emails to George (dated 1/9/12 and 2/28/12), to which he actually took the time to reply to a couple, and have had no response since the last one. We have become victims of a larger scheme. I attempted to call the phone number recently and the voice mailbox was full. I was suspect of that and decided to look for any additional info. about this man and his business online. I discovered the two links below from the Ripoff Report and Upstate New York BBB. It is apparent that he has done this same thing to many people from places like Maryland, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Connecticut to name a few. Unfortunately, we will most likely never see our sign or our money. |

| Im so glad that I found this web-site. We, too were scammed by this man, George. We went to the Guilford, Ct fair in October, 2011 and the signs caught my eye because they were very detailed. We didn't have much money on us so he said we could pay $20.00 cash and send him a check when we got home. I wanted a picture of my dog on the sign so I took the time to e-mail him a picture of my dog so he could copy it on my sign. When January rolled around and I didnt receive the sign or hear from this man I e-mailed him and was told that his wife was very sick and was behind on the painting of the signs. I even apologized for asking for a sign I had already paid for because I felt bad for his wife and even wished her well and told him to take as long as he needed. When February came along I e-mailed him again and he said it would be ready in a couple weeks. I e-mailed him in March and have not gotten any response. This is terrible!!! How can people get away with this. I'm definately not going to take this sitting down. I cant believe how many people he has ripped off. It's very sad that there are people in this world!!! |

My husband and son ordered a house sign from this vendor as my Christmas gift at the I-X center dog show in Cleveland, Ohio in December of 2011. My invoice also stated to allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. He only accepted cash and checks. We put $100 cash down and were informed that after he received the check for the remaining balance of $76.97, he would process our order. I sent the check as well as an email photo of my dog to have on our sign. He emailed me within one day of receiving our email photo, stating the photo was perfect for our sign, and cashed the check within 3 days of me sending it.
After 8 weeks, I emailed to inquire the progress of my order...no response. After 12 weeks, I attempted correspondence again with no response.
I feel like a complete idiot for falling for this scam! I plan on contacting the better business bureau regarding our incident and pray that no one else gets their hard earned money stolen from them, or hearts broken for not receiving a Christmas gift. The I-X center has also been notified of this thief, and will no longer be a vendor at future events. I also plan on contacting the AKC to prevent him from vending at dog shows.

| Well me too. Anyone here agree this would come under federal mail fraud as he is having us mail him money and not mailing the goods? I spent 160. and so far nothing. I am disabled and cannot afford this. It was a special gift for someone who does a lot for me and I am very upset. Did anyone call Syracuse police? |

I happen to know this man personally.
He met my good friend online on a dating site(see, this Ali Moussaoui is a sociopath who is on EVERY single possible dating site that ever existed and he's also on Facebook. He looks for women he can scam and use and take advantage of).
So he met my friend and sent a her a messege----THE VERY SAME cut and paste messege that he sends to every other woman on the thousands of dating sites he is on.
My friend didn't know any better, so she answered him.

He lied to her by telling her that he wanted a child with her(meanwhile, he has 4 adult children from a previous marriage to Roba A. Moussaoui. These 4 adult children are dirty filthy violent racists like himself AND they are too lazy to actually go into society and get a job and support themselves, so he coddles and supports them. Meanwhile, he FLATLY REFUSES to support his own unborn child who needs food to grow and be nourished and to be healthy).
He lied to my friend that he was "A responsible man, " blah, blah, blah.
My friend believed him.
BUT AFTER SHE BECAME PREGNANT WITH HIS CHILD, HE TOTALLY ABANDONED HER.
HE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO THROW HER OUT AND CURSE THE POOR, INNOCENT CHILD!!
THIS IS THE BIGGEST EFFING ASSHOLE IN THE HISTORY OF HUMANITY!!!
He has 3 jobs(The I.T.S. department at U.S.C., a teaching job at Santa Monica College, and another teaching job at Riverside Community College).
He has more than enough money to spare.
Yet he refuses to buy one single bag of groceries for my friend who is pregnant with his child.
He has of course refused to buy a single baby item for this innocent child and absolutely refuses to financially support this child or my friend in any manner.
My friend spends days worrying about food for herself and her growing baby.
But he constantly lies that he "has no money." Boo hoo hoo.
This man is a sociopath and a pathetic loser.
He lies that he has no money---but he constantly gives his 2 twin ADULT sons the best of everything. He chauffers these 2 overgrown lazy fat-ass sons to school, back from school. feeds them the best meats that money can buy, lives with them in a luxury apartment in Monterey Park/Alhambre in California, he buys whatever they need and never ever requires them to go out and get a j-o-b.
And yet he STILL REFUSES TO SUPPORT HIS UNBORN BABY IN ANY WAY---NOT EVEN SOME FOOD FOR THE MOTHER OF HIS UNBORN BABY.

AND WHERE IS ALI MOUSSAOUI? ALI MOUSSAOUI IS, AS USUAL, PANDERING TO HIS 2 LAZY ADULT SONS, PAYING FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE EATING HABITS AND KEEPING THEM IN THE LAP OF LUXURY.
