wild blue/viasat they charge you for extra usage or tell you to use the internet between midnight and 5 am, Internet
13th of Feb, 2013 by User875143
we purchased wildblue/viasat on january 30th. We exceeded our usage in just 5 days.(we are students who take online classes). When we asked prior to installation what would happen if we exceeded our usage we were told our speed would drop 'just a little bit'. We can't watch movies, our internet keeps disconnecting, our speed is horrible, the websites don't load pictures, and when I called to complain I was told we needed to do our schoolwork between the hours of midnight and 5am. When I told the customer service rep that we worked full time during the day she just kept repeating that we would have to use our computers between the hours of midnight and 5am. To get more usage you have to pay $10 a gb. To cancell the service they charge you $350.00. DO NOT use this service! You will be disappointed!
