Wholesale Ditect Auto Sales Selling used lemons with warranties that don't exist largo, Florida

On our way home from purchasing the car the transmission went out the car would only stay in third gear and would not shift gears. We called the wholesale direct autos immediately and they told us to bring it in the next day. As we drove in the third gear to st pete the car completely shut down, and it was then towed. The owners gave us a loaner vehicle till we figured out what was wrong. The next day on the way to dropping the kids off at school the loaner vehicle broke down! They claimed the jeep only needed some sort of fluid and there was a small leak. We asked if we should call the warranty company, since we supposedly purchased the jeep with the original transferrable warranty. At this time John (owner) advised us that he was incorrect since we were the third owner the warranty did not transfer over to us. So we were actually sold a vehicle under the pre-tense that it had the manufacturers warranty in which case it actually did not. John, ever so kindly offered us a 1,000 dollar warranty that he "sells to all of his customers". As we negotiated the price on this warranty finding it unfair that we should have to even pay for a warranty he came down on the price to 500.00. We asked John, if the warranty would still cover the transmission, engine, etc. even though there was a lift and over sized tires on the vehicle. And John reassuringly said, "yes". A week later the jeeps started making a rattling noise and we immediately called John and he said just wait a couple of weeks till the warranty takes affect and call the call it into them. We did as instructed and low and behold our claim for the transmission (transfer case) was denied due to oversized tires and a lift. I called John he hung up on me and ignored the rest of my phone calls
