I found this company online and was excited to explore the Indian Jewelry. I contacted them and the respond was within an hour. It took me about 6 weeks to finally decide on trying them out because I had gottem ripoff from a company in China few months ago. I told the individual what had happen to me and I was sceptical of dealing with international company. He assure me that they weer real and I felt more confortable because I had done business with Indian companies before. Got my order together and made the payment through paypal of $257.00 US as sample order. A week later, no items they are no longer responding to my email. I use another email account to sent them a email asking about their jewelry, this is the email below: Hi I am in Newyork and want to get some information abot your jewelry like minimum order etc. Thanks

Dear Viewers,
I would like to introduce myself as Ankita Nag, a Customer Relationship Manager of INDIAN FASHIONS. I am really trying to find out the reason for such a false allegation that has been posted to malign the reputation of our Company. We are in this field since a decade and still now we have never schemed any of our valuable customers.
The above mentioned forgery is just a miss-communication that happened with one of the most valuable EXISTING customer of Indian Fashions, who is still now purchasing from our company and is utmost satisfied with our service.
Here I would like to mention all the documentary proves that has been going in pave during the verge of this allegation that has been posted unnecessarily. Please have a look below to the entire details:-
Order Date: - 27/4/2011
Date Of Payment: - 28/4/2011 through PayPal (Safest Mode of Money Transfer which our Company prefer)
Shipment Dispatched :- 4/05/2011 Through UPS. Tracking ID # 1Z9E876Y0497699470.
Shipment Received :- 8/05/2011 in good condition and was happy with the Jewelry.
OUR DELIVERY TIME :-
If you place the order and remit the payment on the same day, we will dispatch it within 48 hours (2 working Days), and UPS takes 4-5 working days to deliver the goods at your doorsteps.
CAUSE OF DELAY :-
We usually take 2 working days to dispatch a parcel but in her case it took us 3 working days (Working days after your payment was received 29th April, 2nd May and 3rd May, as 30th and 1st was Non-Working Day for us). This delay was caused mainly for two reasons, first of all the Customer Relationship Manager, Namrata, who was dealing with her at that time had left job suddenly without intimation and again we were also running through State Elections.
NOTE :- This single delay for 3 days has caused such an impact to so many viewers which I think is vague. This is to point out to all the viewers that the concerned person who has posted the above Scam has apologized for writing the comments and also told us that he is not being able to remove them due to some technical issues that she is facing in the site. Here I have mentioned the email, please have a look:-

I understand it takes a long time to build a goodwill. Every email I have sent you guys before and when I place my first order, you responded within minutes or few hours. I sent several emails asking for my tracking number and my emails were ignore. If someone ask me for a tracking number and I don't have it, I will let them know. I was told that my items would arrive within 4-5 business days, after 5 days, no tracking number, no respond. That's why I sent inquiry through my gmail account, which you responded to within minutes. What was I suppose to do, sit back not knowing if I was scheme? Before I made the payment, I told you all that I have been scheme online with thousands of dollars that's why I decided to place a small order with you when I first order.
I apologize that the information is still out there. If u have any idea what or how I can remove it faster, please let me know and I will do what it takes.

So, now I think the entire matter is quite clear to all the viewers out there and would be able to visualize that the written disputes are completely baseless and wrong information. It was entirely a miss-communication which almost tried to ruin our goodwill. But to be quite clear that getting an opportunity to defame a Company is very easy but it takes lot of effort to build such a genuine company dignity and international image.
