Wetseal.com Wetseal sent my order to an incorrect address and refuse to admit or do anything about it!!!!!! Internet

After placing my order at wetseal i was sent an email advising that order is on hold and reuires verification. The ank was contacted and the credit card that is owned by my friend was verified by the bank. After verifying with the bank, Wetseal advised that they will be sending my order to the billing address and not the shipping address that i'd selected at time of order. The credit card billing address is in NJ and the shipping address is in NY. I agreed for them to go ahead and send it to NJ figuring it'd be easy to ask auntie to ship over to NY. Big mistake, when they shipped the order i realized that the address was they entered was incorrect. They completely mixed up the address, both with the NJ and NY address, first half belonging to NY and second half belonging to NJ. I called and spoke with a rep name Olga. She is honestly one of the rudest person i've ever come across. Olga decided that i made the mistake and not them. I told her it couldn't be my mistake because that address is not even my preferred shipping address. She asked if i made the order over the phone and i told her no i didn't. She refused to listen and advised me that they are not responsible if my package gets lost or stolen. I asked her so what happens with my money and she said take it up with your bank. I told her that the person they are shipping to doesn't live at the address that they decided they need to ship to she said well whoever collects the package should contact me and deliver but otherwise it's not their problem because it has already shipped out and there's nothing they can do for their mistake. No sympathy, no remorse , no solution. Wetseal is the worst and so is Olga.
