Westway Ford--Irving, Texas Alex Biddle, Joey Derosiers, Steve Loya, Kelvin Buckner, Kyle Wood are all liars -- they tell you what one thing and when

Dont ever buy a car at Westway Ford of Irving, TX and if you do never sign any documents before reading them completely or getting a copy first. The finance personnel at Westway Ford is well trained to only say what you want to hear and then when they ask you to sign the purchase agreement and finance papers they tell you to sign them quickly so that you dont have an opportunity to say NO to what is in the contract. Once you signed the documents they dont even give you copies right away. I know in my case they gave me copies of my documents a day after I have already put my signature on the papers and have driven the new car home the day before. The problem comes when you start reviewing the papers you signed and realized you have been a victim of fraud for believing everything it was said to you. The information on your documents are totally different terms with higher sales price or additional cost for service contract added to your total cost for the purchase of your new car. I tell you again do not ever buy a car from Westway Ford. Another dealer with honest people will appreciate your business, dont buy from Westway Ford. The finance personnel are trained to only ask you what payment amount you would like to have per month and not to disclose the cost for other items you did not even want to begin with. This just happened to me in February of 2011. In my situation I took my car back to the dealer and told them they can keep their car and that I did not want to do business with them. However, the dealer has returned the car back to my house twice and I have taken it to their place for the third time. I cancelled my contract with Westway Ford on 2nd day when I realized what they have done to me but they said I cant cancel the contract that once you sign the papers the car is yours. I didn't even keep the car for 24 hours when I returned the car back the dealer. Westway Ford has very bad and unethical business practices and they will force you to keep the car even after you have uncovered their unlawful violations. If this happens to you too please make a complaint don't keep it to yourself as this is the only way dealers like Westway Ford can learn to respect buyers and to treat them with honesty if they want our business. Call the Attorney General or the State agency in your state that provides the dealer with a license to do business in your state. I have always been a proud owner of a Ford car and all of my family too but this situation changed my life and I am no longer buying a Ford car ever again. My mother and brother just recently purchased new cars (2011 Honda Pilot and Honda Accord). If this situation with Westway Ford had not happened to me they would have purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer and Ford Fusion.
