David Brin of Western Publishing contacted us to advertise in his magazine Hotel Employees Referral. He then quoted us a price to make flyers/mailers including a bulk rate mailing fee. As it turns out there is no such magazine & the flyers were never mailed. He did however make up a few hundred flyers & deliver them to our store. He was contracted to make & mail flyers for 2 zip codes in the Las Vegas Valley. He was given a total amount of $6024.48. There are approximately 8 phone numbers for him (found on his own advertising online) as well as 6 different addresses for his 'offices' in the Las Vegas valley. 702-940-0472 Mr Brin does not answer any of these phones but his voice is on the outgoing message. Unfortunately a little too late we have discovered that Mr Brin has a prior arrest for fraud in Las Vegas with criminal court preceding pending. We have contacted the mailing company that Mr Brin contracted to print and mail the flyers & half were paid for (printing only) printed & sitting at their office. They are awaiting payment to mail them. It is about half of 1 zip code. Do yourself & everyone a great favor. If this idiot with his faded orange marker contacts you, set up a meeting & call Metro. They sure would love to see him again.
