Ordered a bouquet for 19.99. Filled out delivery info and credit card info.Order form stated total purchase of 21.36.

When order flowers button was hit the price suddenly jumped up to 37$, when it had previously said 21.36.

I called company and the person to whom I spoke was very flustered when I inquired where I went wrong with the order. He just said he was sorry.

That was a totally misleading, lying email and should not be allowed.
