They are from a hick town in Utah called fountain green. There are three brothers Wendell, Gene, and Evan. They also have involved their kids on some of the schemes. They take peoples money and tell them they are investing it into Apartments. They tell you they have hundreds of millions of dollars. They tell you they will give you a 8 to 30 percent return per investment. Many people have been fooled by them. They have been known to bankrupt properties and buy them back with their fake companies. They are most likely running some elaborate ponzi scheme. They have left contractors high and dry. They also are notorious for turing what they called equity in the start to a loan. I am an investor in Texas that took my money out when they couldn't tell me where it was going. I mainly am posting this so other don't get trapped in this. I didn't loose money and received a return each week. That is fine until they can't get new people involved. Many people are connected with the church they are affiliated with and they use this to get people to invest. They are very elaborate and you should do your research and in my opinion stay away. |

I have been invested with them for some time now and my uncle has been with them for nearly 10 years. My father also has a fair amount of money with them. They have NEVER missed a payment or not delivered on a promise they have made to any one of us A close friend and neighbor also has a few million with them and has been with them for almost 15 years. He's never had a problem. Not once.
I think you should do a little research before you start posting accusations on the internet. Obviously, you're not getting any support on this post. I suggest you remove it, do some due diligence, remember that you never lost a dime with them, and then make a new post stating the facts, not myths.
