No customer service! They might as well not even have people answering the phones. What happened to calling and getting something resolved. I am a single mother, no help from anyone. At all. I'm 100% on my own. I don't expect to get anything for free I got myself into the mess I get myself out HOWEVER after years of loyalty with a company, I'm sure I have contributed by paying finance charges for 5 years. About 3 months ago I attempted to change my due date with this company after having my loan since 2006. I got, you can do it online, I can send you the form in the mail. Okay, waited for the form ... nothing, call back seems like the request was never made. My fault I let this drag for a couple payments NOT missed just late since I cannot pay in the beginning of the month. Finally I get a day off, choose to take care of this. Got transferred 2 times, and got a different number to call to see if I could get a late payment fee waived. Got a rep named GARY .... I asked for more info on him to identify, but he says he's the only GARY there. He was rude to say the least. After explaining how hard they make it to change a due date, and the frustration of having to be told I cannot push a loan payment to the back of my loan. Due to the fact that I cannot make to big payments in the beginning of the month. Truth is I am stuck for another 2 years, but please these people are rude, inconsiderate and KNOW that if you don't like it their way TOUGH for you. They get you to sign away a great portion of your life to them, then they give you "well you signed the contract! " Oh and GARY says that Wells Fargo Dealer Services works NOTHING like a bank .... hummmm okay GARY. I would say there are some similarities. He would not transfer me to anyone higher than him and almost refused to give me an address to voice my concern on paper. Please beware! If it wasn't for us, GARY wouldn't have a paycheck ... he doesn't relize this ... I'm sure a couple of $30 late fees in 10 years isn't too much to ask for. |
