Wells Fargo Bank STEALING US BLIND, IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY. Internet |
20th of Oct, 2011 by User655425 |
I was so appalled by the unprofessional treatment I received on October 20th. On Thursday night October 20th I received a letter in the mail about my account. That was a discrepancy to what I had been told by the five other banker earlier that week. In fact because I have never had an over charge on my bank account before and an unexpected occurrence had happened with a company so I called to see what I could do to help the situation. I had called the bank on 10/16/00 the banker reassured me that all was ok and that the money went though with no problems and that amount to the other company was paid. But then I find out that on the 17th, completely different story. But this time I was told not to worry that the bank “paid†this account but I would be charged and over charge for $35.00 I called the other company with the charges company to see if they could back out of the payment and do it on another day but they refused to do so. When I called the bank back to tell then what I tried, I then got a complete different story now. Being confused about such differentness I asked the banker if I could talk to the department that is in charge of the overdraft fees, so they could finely straighten out all the different stories I had been hearing. So the banker transferred me over to the overdraft department (the banker called it that department) to talk to someone in fact they told me it was this simple. That they were going to charge me for an overdraft fee for the payment that was not in my account. They also reinsured me that this was paid and that I would be charged for that. Then on October 20, 2011 I receive a letter in the mail with a completely diffident? Now I am even more confused as to what is going on with my account. So this time to be really clear as to what is going on I called the bank and asked to speak to a supervisor to explain to me once and for all what the heck is going on? When he gets on the phone I have to put my phone several distances away because he is so loud. I had to ask him several times to please tone the phone down for which he never did. All I called for was just to get cleared up information. I could not believe how this phone called was handled so unprofessionally. He was so rude to me would not listen to me and was very mean and callous and said horrible things about me as if I was a common criminal. He talked to me as if he was a gangster on the streets trying to sell drugs or something for this I was shocked. When all I called for was just to get some information from a “supervisor? I have never been treated so unprofessionally like this? I don’t think he even looked at my account or even knew what he was talking about, and he said I was going to be charged $18.00 overcharge? The letters says $20.00 the other people say it was paid and I was going to be charged $35.00? He also said that you don’t have “overdraft†department when that was what I had been told by the last banker I talked to. He treated me like I was lying and said that they don’t have a department like that. He said that they have a collection department?? That really did not make sense this is a bank not a bill I am paying. He was very rude and mean to me about this. What is really going on with this Bank? |
