| This is a con company and a professional con man. He looks for new providers on Elance (which is freelance job board) to avoid paying them. There is a lie in his every word and every promise. Even the location of his fake company is false. He continuously hires and fires people so that he would not have to pay them. In addition, he has anger and control issues. He is a thief as he steals money from people. Avoid this company at all costs. |

| This 'post' was created by a contractor we terminated for incompetence. When a person is contracted to perform a service, does not provide the service, and leaves before the job is complete... well... they generally are not paid. Staff who is not performing as contracted are absolutely without doubt terminated. Those who perform as expected or better are well compensated and enjoy long careers with our company. This individual obviously did not make the grade. |

I've also worked for this company and can confirm the report.
If you want to make a project with this guy, check for these signs:
- he won't give you escrow funding
- you'll have to pay all the money in advance
- you won't get a deadline, or it won't be respected
- the detailed specs you will get won't be detailed actually (btw the software he uses is so slow it will load less than a megabyte of specs in 10minutes)
- you won't get access to the code that has been written so far so you can't salvage the project and move it somewhere else
If you want to develop projects for this guy, check for these signs:
- he won't give you escrow funding
- you'll work on a project started by some other guy
- you'll be given a contract without mention of pay
- you'll be given a contract without mention of hours worked per day
- you'll be given a contract without mention of situations when you have an emergency and have to take a day off
- you'll be given a contract without mention of deadlines
- you'll be given a contract without mention of conditions for meeting the deadlines
- you'll be promised pay less than advertized
- you'll be cursed at
- he won't disclose the average retention rate and/or nobody you talk to has worked there for more than 1-3 months
- he will add more tasks to the project after your contract has been signed
- he'll get the rights to use your work without paying you |

is an ultimate scam company that works on a fine line of legality they have very carefully orchestrated in order to take advantage of contractors and keep resulting profits for themselves.
They lure individuals from other countries and sites like Elance and promise big money for little work. The contract, however, is vague, with PO Box addresses, and of course what appears to be a very lucrative salary and/or bonus structure.
However, after a day or two (or perhaps less) expect to begin to be berated, yelled at and sworn at regularly. If you are working with this client through Elance, expect not to get paid, with various excuses as to how Elance works, and why they don't "typically pay their people" that way.
Every month or so the Director fires programmers and graphic designers, many of which have weeks of pay they have yet to receive. He always finds some lame excuse about the employee not taking care of customers or doing some other terrible thing (like being sick and unable to work) then fires them and tells them he doesn't have to pay them because they haven't done the work "as expected" in the contract. |
