Weber State University WSU Full Tuition Paid, Weber State Issues Diploma with Wrong Information, Admits Error But Refuse to Correct it Ogden, Utah

All foreign students have a sponsor to pay for tuition while in the US. The sponsor fills in forms and these are sent to the US of Department of Homeland Security and other immigration offices to show that a foreign student has sufficient funds to study and live in the US. I met this requirement. My forms were filled for attendance at Weber State University(WSU) in Ogden, UT.
I was enrolled for BA from 1999 to 2004. WSU issued a diploma showing that I completed studies in 1995. http://dockets.justia.com/docket/circuit-courts/ca10/09-4218/ I was arrested by Utah ICE (When I called USCIS the in several hours no one there had a record about the arrest) when I was waiting for them to release my diploma so that I could move on with my life. At this time I had already graduated from the same university in Masters in Criminal Justice. WSU put on my immigration records that I enrolled in this course from 1999 to 1997 ( they also had on record that I enrolled for the same course in 2005) when I had only enrolled in this programme from Fall 2005 to Fall 2006, but they removed me from university students' roll and barred me from graduation in 2006, postponing the graduation to the following year in May 2007. That permit was intentionally corrupted by Weber State University Officials. To this date, not only am I struggling with a bad diploma from WSU, I am also suffering the financial damages I incurred because Weber State University failed to do their job.
