WeatherMaster Custom Windows Took deposit, never did the job Baltimore, Maryland

I did estimate for my windows beginning of November 2010 guy told me that he will installmy windows middle of December 2010, so I can get my tax credit, he made a very big deal out of it and told me to do it as quick as I can other wise I'll missed the deadline. I sign contract with him and give him a deposit. In about 3 weeks he called me and told that he made a mistake and I have to pay more now because he have to order different type of windows, after long conversation, and his explanation to me how important to do it before end of the year so I can get my tax credit, I agreed to the additional charges and send him a check. Never heard from him again. He never try to contact me and explain the delay.

I called him couple times in January 2011, to ask for my money back, never get any answer. Called the the company as well, they told me to live him a msg. "great suggestion", Thank you customer service of WeatherMaster windows.

I finally get in touch with a manger, who told me that I cant get my money back because I'll breach the contract.

Don't do business with WeatherMaster windows.
