Just like EVERYONE here has said, these people are scammers. When you express an interest in selling your watcxh, they make NUMEROUS calls (in my case, it was MATT MASON), making you feel all warm and cozy as to what they can do for you. Once they get your merchandise, thats it...you can only look at what was once your watch, on their website. You can call them all you want, leave messages all you want...they will never return calls, emails, nothing. Once they get your merchandise, kiss it, and the money, goodbye. Whatever you do...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...they are crooks that break their contracts, promises...everything that comes out of their mouths are lies. Eric Tosso, on Oct 19th 2011, called me, after numerous calls to get my Rolex back, as I did not think they were performing their end of THEIR CONTRACT...they received my watch on March 11 2011. I'm just glad they didn't get my money to have the watch refurbed. Again, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES!!! I have filed a report with the FBI's Internet Crimes Unit, will be contacting the Consumer Protection Agency, The Better Business Bureau, and my State Attty General's office. This outfit is THAT bad. Do yourselves a favor....don't get sucked in by them. I am normally very good at chewcking things like this out...but it seems since July 2011, they have broken many contracts, stiffed many people of their money AND property. Also note, the different addresses that are seen on some of these complaints. They broke their contract, they are theives, and I will not rest until I get reimbursed. My name and state are REAL! You WILL NOT get away with this...believe THAT Watchbrokers.com!!! Lastly, I noticed a 'lawyer' demanding the withdrawl oof one comment...hmmm, a lawyer that does not leave a name demanding something be taken down? If you, 'lawyer', demand I take MY report down, calling them thieves, leave your name, as my girlfriend IS a REAL lawyer here in Mass. I am not afraid of your threats...you should take my actions very seriously. I'd love to band together with you others reporting here so a class action suit, at the very least, can be filed. I'll be filing my own, trust me, Watchbrokers.com (Mat Mason, Ty Gardner, Eric Tosso, Brandy Bennett...if those are your real names, which I doubt...but I have ALL the time in the world, so you WILL 'pay the piper'. C'mon, 'lawyer of watchbrokers.com'...tell ME to remove this post that is calling them thieves. I'm now referring to them as 'berniemadoff.com', and like him, you will go down, but not without paying first.
