walmart family mobile walmart is ripping me off monthly on my phone bill and won't fix the problem columbus, Ohio |

I purchased 2 phones at walmart. Two days later my husband added another phone to the plan, for our 14 year old. She didn't like the phone, so my husband told her "you just don't get one then" He returned the phone the next day. The associate did not deactivate the phone! I went to pay the bill the next month. The Company still charged me for 3 phones. I went through the process again trying to cancel the third phone. the company told me they would credit my bill the next month but I had to pay the full amount or my phone would be turned off. I paid the full amount. This month I am again charged for 3 phones. I return to walmart again. Now I still have to pay the full amount and e-mail the company to try to get a refund on my own. They said the phone is active and I probably won't get a refund. \ What can I do? |

You should be able to contact there customer relations department and explain you don't want to be charged the 3 lines. and that third line doesn't have any charged on the account they should credit you back for the time you paid for that third line. just explain that in the email to [email protected] they should be able to fix that for you. |

SAMSUNG GRAVITY T MOBILE PHONE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I"VE ONLY HAD ONE PAYMENT WHICH WAS $36.00 AND THE LAST BILL WHICH WAS AND STILL HAS AN UNPAID BALANCE OF $53.51 WHICH I HAD THE PHONE DISCONNECTED ON MARCH 1 '2012. AND I WANT TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE BY PAYING THE OWED BALANCE OF $53.51 AND SINCE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS DEBIT PAYMENT I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSBILE FOR THIS ACCESSIVE CHARGERS OF $129.28 DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID WITH A DEBIT CARD OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN CASH IN AN WALMART STORE LOCATION ITS MUCH FASTER AND CONVENIENT AND I HAVE AN ON HAND RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT SO I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF THE LAW SUIT ALONG WITH THE OVER CHARGED TOTAL AMOUNT BE DISMISSED DUE TO FRAUDULENT ATTEMPTED DEBIT PAYMENTS THAT WHERE UNAUTHORIZED...THANK YOU KIMBERLY AVERITT |
