I bought a Xbox 360 from this company on EBay. A few days later I received the Xbox and when I opened the box I noticed that box had no packaging & the face plate was broken due to the lack of packaging. I took the opportunity to leave true and accurate feedback which stated that I received the Xbox but was upset due to the fact that there was no packaging. A day or so later I was contacted by Valeri at WADES JEWELRY & PAWN and she wanted to know if she were to refund me for the Xbox and send out another Xbox would I be satisfied and remove the negative strike I left. I agreed and I did the research to remove the strike. I removed the remark as asked and thats when all communication has ended. Valeri at WADES JEWELRY & PAWN will not respond to my messages because of a lack of integrity. I had suspicion to believe that Valeri wouldnt honor her part of the deal, so I began researching how to file a small claims suit and put the word out to let others know well before the removal of the strike. Valeri and her company will be happy to know that Dept that Regulates Pawnshops (AL State Banking Dept) has received my complaint along with the BBB and I've rated them on other sites and left reviews. To me its the principal of this whole ordeal and now i just want what was promised nothing more nothing less. Dear therealest08, Yes we are more than willing to issue you a full refund and ship another xbox to you in order to have the feedback removed from our account. Go to feedback forum to go through the motions to remove the feedback. I've had to call ebay in order to have it removed when dealing with a customer who didn't want to work out the situation with us. Please let me know if you need me to do anything to help with the situation and I will do just that.
