www.vshub.com are fraud, without responsible, they operation against they own FA


the part of they FAQ they don't fullfill are:

Once payment is made, your items will be delivered within 6 - 8 working days for and 3- 4 working days for

To avoid damage, we do not repackage. All items will be shipped in its original packaging.

vsHUB fraud are:

1. They promise 6-8 wording days services.

I receive my package in 28days since I made my payment and after my fifth email asking about my parcel and said I will report they company if I still hear nothing about my parcel.

2. They repacking customer package against they FAQ

According to they FAQ, they don't repackage customer packaging, and customer have to pay for the the original boxes size from store. I have six boxes from store, I have pay for they for six boxes with metric size for pay. But receive them in one single boxes with all my items consolidate in a mesh.

3. An Arrogant, No honestly and No responsible company

When I receive my consolidate packaged, I found that I missed 1 watches , 3 shopping gift reward card and 1 switch bag.

They are returns my watches in 2 day after I make some anger call, but until today they don't do nothing about my bag and my shopping reward card.

I claim them for return my payment for they bad services and deliver my bag and free shipping for my invoice ( I still have 1 invoice with them) as a compliment, but they say nothing about my refund claim and will not deliver without payment.

With regards to your 1st parcel, we apologise for the delay as it was held up by the Indonesian Customs for close to a month. We are sure that we do not need to elaborate on the Indonesian Customs procedures here but there are periods of time when shipments into Indonesia are held up by the Customs over there for weeks. While we strive to deliver within our 6 to 8 working days commitment, there are circumstance such this that is beyond our control. However, we have tried our best to expedite your shipment to you and we have offered you a 5% discount off your next shipment for this delay.

We truly apologise for the wrong bag that has been sent to you. We will refund you for the lost of your bag once you have returned us the bag that was sent wrongly to you as we would like to ship it out to the rightful owner.

As we have delivered all your items from the first shipment to you (except for the wrong bag), we would not be refunding you for the 1st shipping invoice. We will email you on the expected date that the courier will be picking up the bag from you.

We do not practice repacking and we will ship in the merchant/manufacturer’s original packaging as these packaging are meant to secure your items. We sent all your items in 1 box as our system shows that you have selected to consolidate all your orders into one shipment. If you would like us to ship your future shipments in separate boxes ie shipments, please select shipment individually.

As for your reward card, kindly advise which merchant’s reward card you are referring to and we will have our warehouse staff try to locate it again. We have emailed with regards to your reward card and the wrong bag that was sent to you and we are still waiting for your reply on these 2 matters.

We would also like to inform all that we have signed on a new partner and new clearing agent. We hope that with these new partners onboard, we would be able to serve you even better.
