Am currently represented by an attorney in this matter. First things first I have been a super nice customer and gone way out of my way to keep services with them. I did my best to work around the rough edges and maintain a working relationship but the technical support stuff really is underqualified or they flat out lie. It is one or the other but probably both. The first problem is with the SLA. You can't establish down time by their standards nor do they offer refunds of any kind. That is known when you sign up with them but the problem is they failed to live up to their contracul obligations and are in breach many times. Your site might be down for hours or seconds. It is also impossible to keep the spammers out and their IP's, let's just say in the SEO world it is guilt by association as far as the SE's are concerned. Here is a communication with their support staff:

I went over the upgrade options and I need a definitive answer on RAM.
If I do the upgrade can you at least give me a best effort promise that the slow and down times will decrease? >> Please be assured that your VPS is setup on one of our most stable base node and you will get a much better uptime. As you can see they CLEARLY admit their IS an issue. In further communications, after the upgrade, they go on to say there is no issue and that everything is fine. I am tired of trying to resolve issues with them. I now have zero access to any site and I've gotten calls that establish that as soon as I removed my credit card from a payment option my websites stopped being available. Obviously they thought we wouldn't notice. I've offered to discuss the matter with them on the phone but it has been suprisingly difficult. The bottom line is I trusted they would maintain their best effort promise to uphold their contractual obligation. Unless I'm mistaken, Georgia hasn't been rocked by any particular acts of God so why would I, then, accept service that is terrible and customer service that couldn't be bothered to solve a problem? The problem is crystal clear. Their infrastructure is pushed beyond the limits and the company has no intention of fixing or establishing a sollution for the VERY well known issues. It is a scam in that the would be customer is told they have a certain amount of hardware and software to use when in the end, the company physically can't meet the demand. If I had looked them up on Google I would have seen that the only people who "liked" the service were obvious bots who use the same broken english as the tech support staff. Every review points out how slow they are and how difficult it is to get a problem resolved. This is a warning to everyone out there. Do NOT waste your money. They bill it is a REAL service and they are NEVER late on their invoice. Not a novelty service mind you. That I would understand. If you suffered a loss because of this company I suggest you do what I did and get in touch with a certain lawyer in Florida who is on the commercials a LOT.

Would someone have a direct number to contact the administration of this company.. I want to make sure that the administration is aware of what the lower management is doing before taking action myself.
