PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING, ITS A SCAM READ BELOW
The following four websites are the same company, same people behind them, you pay one the other website will attach your name the next day ... its a scam

They are extorting money from people who have the misfortune to have been arrested in the past, extortion is illegal and can subject them to legal prosecution.
Posting the information is not illegal per say, what is illegal
1- Using your name and tagging it to search engine is illegal as per the law in this domain
"To the extent required to prevent a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, an agency may delete identifying details when it makes available or publishes an opinion, statement of policy, interpretation, staff manual, instruction, or copies of records referred to in subparagraph (D)"
Just because you are arrested, doesn't give them or anyone else, ownership over your name. You can't legally index a person's name on a national medium without permission of that individual. Another company has been taken down because of that, "Dramatica" that is.
2- Requiring from people to pay to get their pictures taken off then re-posting on a different site is illegal
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO and everyone else who may run into the same problem:
1- Call the hosting website company and email them at the email address below. Per my investigation all of them are hosted by the same hosting company named Liquid Web.
Call Liquid Web and point them to the above 2 facts and read the law to them.
Ask them if there has been any other reports on those 4 websites.

| I'm running into the same problem..I did everything you said and I got the runaround first, then I was told no crime is being committed though I feel it has. Last thing that was said to me was contact the FBI they may know more, and get a lawyer cause there may be a civil matter. |
