Vocalcoity Complaint: Horrible Service. Do Not Trust Them Atlanta, Georgia |
6th of Nov, 2010 by User638734 |
I signed up for Vocalocity because the sales person gave me the lowest price compared to the other business phone companies. I took her word that the experience with Vocalocity far exceeds all other phone companies and that they are the best.
My first mistake was believing her. I will also file complaints with the FCC and BBB to get my message across to Vocalocity and the world. When transferring my phone numbers, Vocalocity typed in the wrong phone numbers to transfer and that ultimately too 4 months. Yes, 4 months to transfer my phone numbers to them. I did not use their phone service for even one minute during the period they did not have my phone numbers yet Vocalocity charged me right on time each month. No supervisor was willing to give me a credit, all they would do is say "Go read the terms you agreed to". You would think that since Vocalocity made the mistakes, they would be willing to pay for their own issues. WRONG. Vocalocity told me "too bad" and never cared to make me happy.
What is worse is that when my business phone numbers transferred to Vocalocity, the call quality had been horrible. The call quality was so bad that I forwarded all of my numbers to our cell phones and worked on our cell phones instead of the Vocalocity phones. The connection with Vocalocity sucks and their tech support lacks knowledge of their own phone system. When I requested to cancel, all they would tell me is to submit my information online and someone will get back to me. Not only did it take 4 business days to get back to me. Vocalocity refused to give me any credits. I've paid them $4000 so far and they have refused to give me one penny back.
I have not been able to use their phone service. I was not sold what I was told. They don't care about their customers and are only concerned with taking money. |
