we signed up for service in 2008 we agreed to a 2 year contract than after reading the fine print it was in fact for 3 years. So after 3 years I called again to cancell and was to cancell 30 days before contract expired I was told my contract expired in June2011. So I called June 2011 and today I was told that my contract expired April 2011 so as a courtesy to me the went ahead and extended my contract for an extra 12 months. If I want to cancell I will have to call in not 29 days or 31days butt 30 DAYS ON THE DOT to cancel so Ive got to call in March 27 2012. The agent told me a call would suffice no letter was required. After doing some research Ive learned that a letter is indeed required. So when I call back In 2012 they wont cancell because I didnt send a letter prior to 30 days to my contract expiring. These thieves have all thier ducks in a row I cant figure out a way out of my contract even though it has already expired and I have payed for 2 full years after what I signed up for
