I experience some bad luck back in May of 2009, I could not get a loan doing that time from a finance company. I was on the internet and found VIP finance a title loan company. I went to their site and found that they where just charging 9% per year which is not alot. However, when I arrived to the place of business I was informed that I would have to also get a Auto Club membership for $30.00 per week alone with the weekly payment of the loan at $35.00. I informed them that I had full coverage insurance and they stated that it was not the same.

I was told by Dicky the manager that they are cheaper then most, but if I did not get their Auto Club membership that I would not be able to get the loan. However, be careful because you can go to several other companies that only charge by the month but they want you to buy a years worth of coverage and you still may not get a loan with them. Because the Auto Club membership is a scam all it is, is a roadside recue service that they are providing at a very high cost. They make 300% off of the amount you borrow, you may as well just give them the car, I know they state that you can pay it off at anytime, but if you had the money for that you would not have gone to them. BE-A-WARE they will not be your friend if something goes wrong with your car. They will keep your car and request for you to pay it back in full, and will not pay to have your can fix.

So now I am looking for people that has had issues with this company and would like to file a class action law suite again them. If you have had the same experience with this company, and I know they have several locations, please reach out to me and we will go from there, I would like to see this company closed for good. They are very miss leading and a fraud in every matter of the way.
