Victoria Tire & Wheels Victoria Tire Customer Satisfaction is NOT #1 on Victoria Tires |

Recently a friend of mine purchased a tire from Victoria Tire. Unfortunately, after purchasing the tire and having it installed it blew within 24 hours of him driving on it. No accidents! Nothing in the road! Nada! Zip! Zilch! Nein! Upon contacting Victoria Tire, I spoke to Quincy (who claims to be the Manager). *whew* First let me say, if Quincy is indeed the manager there needs to be a Customer Service 101 class pronto. I couldn't get a word in before he gave me all the reasons it was not (with a capital "n") Victoria Tire's fault. Although I was calling on behalf of the customer, I was the one to receive the tire when it was delivered, and I was in the vehicle when it blew. I mentioned to Quincy that he had some negative press online, and he seemed to blow it off as though it is of no consequence to Victoria Tire that he can be "curt" with the customers. Apparently, the owner, Jack Pervian, is not concerned with customer satisfaction because Quincy did not want to offer a way to contact the owner or anyone else in management. Quincy went on a diatribe about how long he's been in the business and how he "knew" what the problem was. Now, I can appreciate his knowledge and am happy that Victoria Tire has someone on staff with tenure and expertise. However, what Quincy lacks is empathy (Customer Service 101). He even made a comment about "most people wanting a story and he doesn't have a story to tell.... Well, Quincy (and Victoria Tire) I'm a customer with a story and I am more than happy to tell it. In fact, I will tell all my friends, family and listeners to my radio show (and my friends who are radio and television hosts) to boycott Victoria Tire. See, a little customer satisfaction goes a long way..... Choose not to give it and it just may cost you. To be continued..... |
