My complaint is with this product, and also with the practice of this company. The product was purchased for my wife, who is a cigarette smoker. After 2 weeks of trying to use this product as a substitute, she claims it really isn't working for her. It lays on a table like a toy that was purchased and no longer played with. My biggest concern is with the deceptive "introductory offer of $3.99". I try to carefully read things, especially terms of contract on internet purchases, but this one was apparently well hidden. About 2 weeks after receiving the product in the mail ( u.s. postal service delivered to the house with no one of legal age needing to sign for the nicotine products?), my bank account was debited for $119. Why is it not possible for these people to be upfront about what it will cost in a few weeks? To call this deceptive is really an understatement. Taking advantage of people who are honestly looking for a way to stop a horribly addicting habit and sticking them with an unexpected $120 bill. Shame on you. God bless the people who were able to stop smoking by using this product. God help the people who not only still have the habit, but now have $120 less to get by on. Of course the product has been used. How else do you try it to see if it works. So much for the satisfaction guarantee. What goes around comes around.
