Unfair Charges

I had a change in my plan and then called up with a question. After being on the phone for a long while, there was no resolution to my question, so I told them I would call back. The next day I noticed my data plan had been reset, so I figured this was how they fixed my issue. Toward the end of my billing cycle I started getting text messages that I was about to go over my data allowance, yet their system said I had used less than 50%. I called in and talked to a rep who verified I was ok on my data. I also called a supervisor and he said I should be ok but promised to call me to review the bill when it came out. The day before my billing cycle ended, I still was receiving text messages about going over. I sent a copy of that to the supervisor and he said according to the system I should not get billed in overage. I figured the test messages was a system glitch and a false warning, like train signals going off with no train. I was wrong, I got charged $90 overage of which they would only refund $60 and said their is no escalation process for this situation which I don't believe. He stated they only show data usage as a courtesy and they don't have to and I have to pay for what I used, despite what their system is telling me. They can't be trusted to tell the truth and they can't be trusted to stand behind what they say. Verizon does not care. They treat new customers better than long time ones.
