Unethical Business Practice

I preordered(10/07/2012) the I-phone 5 and paid by a gift card I received and an additional 2.41 remaining on the IPHONE5, delivery date of 11/2/2012. This was done at the local Verizon Store. Long story short, the Verizon website never reflected any order status, 3 days prior to the date I was to receive the phone, Verizon called to say they had a problem with my credit card. SERIOUSLY, FOR $2.41 this was an error on their part and was blamed on the Verizon Store. My phone did not come as promised, there have been multiple reasons, Verizon has my $252.41, no order in sight and I can not find anyone with any level of intelligence to solve the problem. My next step is to contact the VP of Operations for the SE United States.

I have written confirmation that I would be receiving my purchase, ok, it does no good, there are no orders in the system for me. Yes, Verizon Wireless does not seem to think that an 9+ year customer is due ethical and truthful treatment. My feeling is I do not want to hear the canned speech, I would like to be treated with dignity and expect no more that what I ordered and paid for.

If Verizon had funds owed to them, consumer watch out, your credit and life would be turned upside down. When they owe you money, just hear the reasons quoted to you,

VERIZON IS NOT ETHICAL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ANALYICAL ABILITY.
