I am a victim of this parasites. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ASSHOLES, and I tell you why, after 30 years of loyalty to this ba**ards and after my wife pass away I made a decision that I will not longer need a land line to cut the cost (just my cell will suffice), I communicated my decision to Verizon and every thing was fine until a month later I received a bill with charges for so called "early termination Fees". many phone calls, some time having to wait for 75 minutes on the phone, NO RESOLUTION, finally I contacted the CPUC and explained the problem and they sided with my opinion that NO ETF was warranted and they call Verizon and some stupid Mexican LUPE at Verizon (an Illegal probably) said NO,NO,NO. and unable to explain her reasoning or position the call was terminated. THIS IS ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL MY FRIENDS; WE ARE NOT GOING TO ALLOW scam COMPANIES LIKE VERIZON TO BECAME TRILLIONAIRS WITH THEIR RIPOFF TACTICS AND STEAL OUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS AND THEIR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THIS COMPANIES ARE THE REAL "TERRORIST" OF AMERICA AND THEIR GREED IS UNCONSCIONABLE. AMERICANS IT IS TIME FOR ALL OF US TO BE UNITED AND TO BOYCOTT THEIR BUSINESS, LETS BE UNITED AND TELL THEM NO,NO,NO. MADE UP CONTRACTS WITH OUT THE MEETING OF THE MINDS. LETS GO GET THEM!!!!! AS FOR ME I AM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR THE MAXIMUM ALLOW BY LAW ($ 7500 IN CALIFORNIA) AND 100% of the proceeding will be donated to the American Cancer Society, I know I will prevail because like they said "good lawyer know the Law, but excellent lawyer know the Judge. AND WE ARE WITH GOD IN OUR SIDE.
