Several months ago I attempted to purchase products from International Anti-Aging Systems (IAS). After I entered my card information I received the message “This transactions has been blocked by VeriPayment”. I complained to both VeriPayment and IAS. IAS stated I need to discuss this issue with VeriPayment. VeriPayment never replied to my email request on the matter. Just recently, I made another attempt to order products from IAS and again received “This transaction has been blocked by VeriPayment”. Again, I wrote both IAS and VeriPayment but have not received a reply. To be fair, it's only been 24 hours since I sent the email complaint. Next, I called VeriPayment and spoke with Ashley. I explained my problem and that I would like to know why this is happening. My credit rating is extremely high and I do not keep a balance on my credit card (paid every month). I make numerous purchases online every day and have never had a single issue, until my transactions go through VeriPayment. I use PayPal all the time and if there is an issue (rare), in my experience, PayPal works quickly to fix those issues. Not to my surprise, the customer service person named Ashley at VeriPayment, didn’t appear to have much in the way of customer service training. She explained that if I have ever complained or stated I would cancel an order through VeriPayment, then that was likely the reason I am being blocked. I asked her if there is any way I can get this resolved and she told me she didn’t think so. I asked if there is some other person or company (bank) where I can complain to in order to get this resolved. She stated they do not give out that type of information. I then stated “so you are telling me that if I complain about a legitimate issue, VeriPayment will just block me”? According to her, Yes, all it takes is a single complaint. She stated that they (VeriPayment"credit security") have a credit card customer complain then they believe those customers are going to be a problem and rather just not do business with them. Something that is important to understand with this issue is that those companies that VeriPayment provides services to are allowing VeriPayment to determine what individuals are allowed to be a customer. The larger VeriPayment becomes, the more this will become an issue. Imagne, blocking transactions to credit card customers attempting to order drugs from creditable companies. Drugs that may involve life threatening issues. VeriPayment doesn't like you, you don't get the drug you need. VeriPayment apparently represents numerous drug companies. Do these companies, such as IAS, realize that VeriPayment is costing them money, revenue? All this because one VeriPayment doesn't want a customer to complain. |

Veripayment is a SCAM company, they open a merchant account for the web sites and then never pay the money. We've been their merchants for more then a year and they owned us a little bit more then 100k USD that has been NEVER paid to us.
Their customer representative Zein stopped responding my emails and phone calls. When I have tried to contact with Manager or somebody else I noticed that is has the same issue - no response at all.
My lawyers made an investigation regarding the Veripayment company and there is no such company on their address:
38-11 Place Du Commerce #216
Ile des Soeurs, Quebec
Canada
H3E-1T8
They are REAL scammers! All merchants be aware of working with that goofies. |
