Veralyze is a Huge Scam Do not order this product Internet
28th of Dec, 2011 by User429161
I ordered Veralyze on 12/13/2011. After numerous phone calls as to the status of my shipment, and being told that it was on the way, I finally asked for a refund. As of the writing of this report,no refund, no product no nothing. I tried to find an address for this company and you guessed it, none exists. I want to file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general, but I do not know what state these con artists are in. If anyone has any information on this company, please respond back. One thing I did find out, there phone number 1-855-200-1602 is a generic number anyone can purchase to work out of their homes and it is not traceable. Thanks to anyone who can help.

i'm from kazakhstan and had come across the veralyze web ads quite ocassionally. i visited their site (veralyze.com) and decided to google for some reviews on this product. unfortunately, i coulnd't find any reviews in russian, which probably might mean, no one in post soviet union countries knows about this cream and no one had ever ordered it. i also had come across some rip off reports regarding this product, as well as numerous negative reviews. but i'm a kind of a man, who will believe anything unless experiencing it themselves. i decided to order it as the price - 39, 95$ is not the highest i had ever paid for a cream trying to get rid off my dark under-eye circles. as for the delivery, i had two options - FedEx International Mail (10-14 days) for $14.95 or FedEx Int'l Priority (3-5 Day Guarantee) $41.87 - i decided to choose the latter. so, i placed my order on February, 28 and after payment had been processed, i got an e-mail from their customer service, specifying my order #, billing and shipping addresses. honestly, this was my ever first order from the usa (used to order some stuff from china, and quite sure it will arrive), and i was worried if it arrive or not.. plus i remember those rip off reports but still decided to take a risk and promised myself to report it here via internet sites in case they will not send me anything at ll, so that other people could be aware of it. on the second day i had sent a message to their customer service (replied back to the message i got from them), asking to provide me with the shipping details. plus i had learnt that it was better not to indicate the name of my company on the shipping address (the sipping address was my work address, as this was more convinient for me), because as i was advised at thelocal FedEx office i would have faced some difficulties at our customs here in kazakhstan. the problem was that i specified the name of the company, which meant this goods were supposed to be delivered to the legal entity and as i was told it was always problematic to go pass the customs. so, i decided to write veralyze customer service asking not to indicate the name of the comapy if they hadn't shipped the goods so far. i was looking forward for their answer, but they didn't answer me... i thought: ok, no one can be blamed for this... you wanted to try it, so you did. they've just ripped you off... despite, i managed to conatct them via online help on their site on the same day. i had a long talk with some of their support manager, and decided to ask directly if their company used to rip people off. of course, i knew i would not hear: sure, we do. :) i was told they were a legitimate company. i also was told that my order would be shipped on the following day or on the day after it, and that i would receive tracking number. i said ok, and decided to wait... and you know what, veralyze had been shipped on March 1, and they did send me a tracking number. i immidiately followed the tracking ling and did make sure it was goods to be delivered to almaty, kazakhstan. to day is March 5, and i have recieved my order. the only thing to do is just to try it and after a couple of weeks see if it works or not. i decided to wait till weekends, as i have a veeeeery sensitive skin, which reacts allergically almost on every cream i aplly, no matter if it is non-alergetic or not... at least, i will have a couple of days to calm down my allergy, in case my eyelids will react on this cream (usually, it appears as a redness, irritation, itch on the following day after i apply this or that cream).
of course, i could just wrote a couple of sentence saying they had send out my order, but i decided to describe each step i' ve take, so that it might help people to believe they really do send out orders... well, in fact, i cannot state this, as i have ordered this product only once and if i have any allergy reaction on it, i will never order it again... maybe i was just lucky and that;s why thsey send me my order, but they did send it! i have nothing to do neither with this company nor i have anything common with the usa, and i think if they rip people off, they could do it with me better than with someone from the usa, as i live much farther. i'm not forcing anyone to order this product, i don't even know if it works or not so far. i'm just trying to say, that they hadn't ripped me off. probably this review will help someone, as while searching for the product reviews i could not find anything which could make me believe the review. and i will copy this review of mine and try to place it on as many sites as possible...
anyway, sorry for such a long "story":)

I fell for one of the advertisements (pure scam) for Apidextra, allegedly a weight loss supplement. I paid 119.00 for a 90 day supply about 5 weeks ago. I have been trying to get a number or address to send this back. The company does not provide and does not have either.
After calling the number given on the packing slip I waited for 36 minutes to get someone to pick up the phone. Nobody did. Then I was asked to leave a message. I did. Someone called back but did not supply an address to mail this worthless stuff back; he said he would be sending me an e-mail, but hasn't done so.

I cannot get the refund I was guaranteed (stated in the advert. and admitted to by the person who rang me back) if I mailed this product back within 90 days. There is still time but I do not know where or to whom to send it. It is very frustrating and I wish some action could be taken against this fraudulent outfit.
If anyone can help me get in touch with this company I will be most grateful.

total scam. do not buy anything from this website. the money back guarantee is a fake as is their returns department that does not answer the phone. you hang up after half an hour of terrible music. It is entirely frustrating...
Isn't there a law against this. i am going to ask my credit card company to do something about this.

Ironically the code below is 'lapsing'!
