my roommate of 30 years stole my birth certifacate, got himself a new set of ids my info. drivers lic. state id ss card voters reg and credit cards. I only found out about all this when he started getting tickets and at the time didnt have his fake id on him. he later paid these tickets but didnt judacate them. My lic keep going suspended for each of the 4 tickets he got, this is how I found out. I tried to put him out of my home, he put me in the hosp. after he was arested I found all my ids with his face and forged singn. whent to police, made servel reports it was turned over to states atta, who in turn told me because we lived together it was not id theift. he spent 11 mounths in jail for batery, was give a chose of do probaion or leave town and dont come back. but my lic has been revoked for 5 years. I have copys of tickets, policereports, letter from the state dmv stateing they investgated my claim and found I was the victom of id thieft, a police statment saying he gave this guy a ticket and later out found that the person he gave this ticket to was not me. even with all that I have the states atta. says I dont have anough proof, and was told again because we lived togather, no crime was commited. the states atta. in key west florida makes their owen rules.
