I was told by Sonia and a supervisor George that if I agreed to this figure, I must sign a contract which I did. I must also give them $1480.00 which is completely refundabe to ensure that I would not accept another offer.

The money was taken out of my account electronically by a processor, Graffitti ICONZ Inc.

I was told the process could take 60-90 days by George. At closing I was to receive $25,325.00 which included the money I put down.

About two weeks ago I received a call from Lisa Marie at Vacation Resort Management Services(1-302-353-4516). She stated that this company was a fraud and I should sign up with her company. But I would have to pay more money!

Since I did not really believe her, I sent via E-Mail to Florida State Attorney's office questioning the reliability of these companies. I never received a response.

I then called Sonia because I received a call from Club Navigo(my Timeshare Co) questioning if I was going to use my week in February. I asked her to check with the buyers if they wanted this week or just have is roll the points. While on the phone I told her about the call from Vacation Resort Management Services.

She was upset about this and stated she would notify her corporate office and have this reported to the BBB. She was to call me back regarding the points.

When I did not hear from her, I started calling last week and again today. When the machine picked up, stated it had not be configured yet. I then called Graffitti(1-888-380-1317). That number was disconnected. I then went to google to get the corporated number and again no answer.

I am out $1450.00. Maybe if the State Attorney's office got back to me I could have done something.

In addition I turned down other offers because of this contract.

Please help if you can. I am 65 and disabled. I can no longer use my time share.

Before I signed with this company I checked with the BBB and there were no negative comments. In addition because I received a contract and approval number I thought this was a secure deal.
