Fals C.A.R.B. certs and no fraud

I visited this company located in Wilmington California, and talked to a Glen. I was interested in purchasing some of his conversions for our trucks. I looked at some of the work he has done, and listened to his sales pitch. I had asked a few times through out our conversation about providing documentation showing C.A.R.B. complainant. and all he could provide was what seemed to be a photo copy of a cert with clear tape covering it on another vehicle. He had no other paperwork. I asked him about the system, and he said that he had designed it himself, but I know for a fact that the system belongs to a company located in another state that has been in business for years. He also stated that he has all the computer knowledge in his head for programming, and that he doesn't need to write it down. He also said that he can get it certified in a couple of days, I asked him how does he get it done so fast, since the manufactures have to spend about 200,000 dollars and maybe a year or two. he says he has a local guy he knows.
Folks, we are all in a pinch, but please do not use this guy! it's not a matter of if this guy gets caught by the federal authorities, it's when. and who ever is with him, is also going to get finned big time. I think this guy is a fraud big time, lies about producing products and has no proper paperwork to back up any of his claims. good luck chuck
