I was contacted by Utah Home Help when I was having financial trouble and behind on my mortgage, the representative stated they could save my house and get a modification on my mortgage to lower the payments and i naively believed them. In early September 2010, I filled out and emailed in the payment authorization form allowing Utah Home Help to withdraw three monthly payments of $500 from my checking account so they could act as my agents and get my mortgage renewed and modified. I also filled out, isgned and sent in all required paperwork to get this process started. Utah Home Help was supposed to contact my bank and act as my agent for this process and I was told I did not need to contact the mortgage company at all.

I have tried several times to contact either Jared Willis, the owner of Utah Home Help, or "Mike", my supposed "case worker" from said company, only to get an answering machine every time and none of the messages I have left have been returned. I called my mortgage company in late October after receiving an urgent message to call them and found out that my house had been foreclosed and Utah Home Help had never contacted them regarding my mortgage. I have left several more messages with Utah Home Help, none of my calls have yet been returned, but they did take out the third $500 payment in early November while doing absolutely nothing they promised.

Utah Home Help scammed me out of $1500, my house has been foreclosed and I'm facing eviction and homelessness at the end of this month. I have contacted an attorney and filed fraud/scam charges with the State Attorney Generals in both Arizona and Utah against this company.
