USA Benefits
USA BENEFITS How Can They Get Away With This? Internet
7th of Dec, 2010 by User942296
USA BENEFITS is a fraudulent company who is just after STEALING money from innocent people by accessing the victims bank accounts and taking money unauthorized. USA BENEFITS isn't taking any responsibilities for accessing unauthorized funds and no one seems to be doing anything to stop what USA BENEFITS has been doing for at least six years.

I was online checking my E-mail before I had to go take care of some personal matters when I received an E-mail from my bank stating "Unfortunately, your available balance in your account was insufficient to cover one or more of your checks, Check Card purchases, or other transactions."

After reading this short message it had me a little puzzled since I knew I didn't over charge my account and that it was in good standing the night before. I immediately logged into my Online Banking Account to see what was going on. Once I was into my bank account the first thing I seen was NSF Return Item Fee $35.00 which put my bank account into the negative, but it didn't say what was returned.

I called my bank and was on the phone with them which wasn't getting me anywhere because all they said was there wasn't anything they could do. Which kind of frustrated me even more then what I already was. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the banker started arguing with me stating that their supervisor would tell me the same information that they told me. When I finally got them to transfer me to their supervisor I still wasn't getting anywhere until I stated, " Fine, then I will be at your office in about 10 minutes to close my account with your bank."

For some reason after I said that the supervisor started actually trying to help. Well, eventually I ended up at the bank to make a deposit since I thought the matter was taken care of until I had a question about the NSF fee. The bank's supervisor told me over the phone that Wal-mart charged me twice for a purchase and that they was responsible for the NSF fee. So, after talking to Wal-mart and they decided to give me the cash value of the unauthorized transaction just to find out that the reason I had the NSF fee was because of a attempt to run an unauthorized transaction with a transaction description of USA BENEFITS 8008095986

I had no clue what this was for or who ran it or how they got my information. The banker called the 1-800 number just to get a message stating that their office was currently close and to call back between the hours of 8am/4:30pm est. So, then the banker called the bank's 1-800 number hoping to find out more information about the company. The only information that was to be found was that the company was called USA BENEFITS and the transaction was ran thur The Bank of Delaware. Which is most likely USA BENEFITS bank since 90% of the time a normal person isn't going to have an bank account hundreds of miles away.

The NSF fee wasn't reversed because the bank wanted me to wait until USA BENEFITS was open to talk to them to ensure the transaction was unauthorized since no one knew what the company was or what the charge was for. I was concerned about waiting in fear that another unauthorized transaction would attempt to come thur and actually get money since my pay check was ready to hit the account.

I spent 3 to 4 hours trying to clear up the matter and get everything the way it was suppose to be. Once I got home I decided to google USA BENEFITS to try to figure out what USA BENEFITS was. The search results came up for insurance, credit card, and about thirty other pages. Then the link to this site got my attention.

After, reading almost every report even back six years to 2004. I realized that USA BENEFITS is a fraudulent company most likely. Who is obtaining innocent peoples information unauthorized then making unauthorized transactions on hundreds or even thousands of accounts. Which is wrong, but from what I can tell USA BENEFITS has been unauthorizedly making transaction on personal bank accounts for at least Six year if not longer. And what is anyone doing about it?

You would think that the government would have USA BENEFITS in the system where no bank would authorize their attempt to steal hard errand money from hundreds an thousand of people in the United State alone. It's time for someone to put a stop to this to prevent anymore people going thur the hassles that "US" (all the victims of USA BENEFITS) is going thur or already has gone thur.

Also, for the attention of Shelly the so called employee of USA BENEFITS who stats that the company she works for never takes funds that is unauthorized out of bank accounts. If that was even close to true then there wouldn't be so many issue's or reports about USA BENEFITS taking funds out of people's bank accounts unauthorized. For me speaking for myself I can honestly say that I have never heard of USA BENEFITS before in my life. The name kind of sounds like some type of insurance company which from some of the reports it can be depending on how much is taking out of the bank account. Maybe a so called employee can answer that question. I would like to know who would sit at the computer coping and pasting the same thing over and over again just to say they work for a company who is stealing money from other people. But maybe the funds taken out of our accounts is Shelly's pay check.

Conclusion on price to see what the unauthorized transaction is supposly giving you:

Examples: $9.95=> Some kind of insurance : $39.95=> 30 day free trail to obtain credit report (Who in their right mind will pay for a free trail) : $49.95=> can be either one of two things 1.) Shopping credit card (which isn't really a credit card more less a online credit) 2.) Credit Repair (hmmm does this credit repair method actually work (probably not)) All that is left is to figure out what type of company is charging some accounts at $89.95 and $99.95. Even know its still USA BENEFITS (probably all of them together at a discounted rate) Does the service that is suppose to be given for the unauthorized transactions even matter since WE are not even getting the service or product in the first place.

I don't know about all of the other victims of USA BENEFITS, but I am all for doing whatever I have to do to ensure no one else's or my bank account is unauthorizedly accessed again by USA BENEFITS, who's willing to do whatever it takes to STOP people from losing money to this company who's with me?

One thing to think about though; if there is over a hundred reports on this site against USA BENEFITS how many people is out there who hasn't filed a report? So, we need to speak up and do our best to get some kind of action taken place to get our voices heard and the voices of all the other victims who maybe still out there.
